  • I really like this site. It is low budget but does a great job at explaining thoses spinal problems with great depth although in an easily understadable way. It does lack surgical information probably as it is written by a chiropractor supporting their role and doesn't have many external links. Nonetheless, I rate this site for what it is, and that is to the point

  • This site scores higher than it should due to its good links to other sites. It is not specific to spines or humans for that matter so you will need time to browse. Being American, some of the advice may be slightly different to that in the UK and some features such as fnd a clinician are obviously no use here. It is a portal rather than an information resource in its own right

Does seem ok, would I pay, not when you see some of the free websites. Exercise inclusion is good but as with all LBP, you must be certain not to increase you symptoms by doing them incorrectly, or indeed doing ones that you should not
